24 Hour Wod-A-Thon
Portion of all proceeds go to the Prader Willis Foundation!! This is a 24-hour CrossFit-style endurance event. We will be completing one workout every hour on the hour for a total of 24 consecutive hours. There will be 3 levels of glory; Heavy, Challenge, or Light. •Heavy: 24 consecutive hours.
