All new and prospective members will meet with a coach before attending regular group classes. This allows us the opportunity to discuss fitness goals, nutrition and expectations. New members are then required to participate in a specialized 2.5-week session (on-ramp/fundamentals meeting Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) designed to teach new athletes the CrossFit fundamentals and to provide an introduction to the Olympic lifts. Upon successful completion of on-ramp, new athletes will then be permitted to join any regularly scheduled class (however, coaches reserve the right to limit athlete participation or to scale workouts should the athlete not demonstrate proper form and technique).

Those on-ramp folks wishing to continue on their CrossFit journey will then pay $115+tax (includes on-ramp and remainder of 1st month following on-ramp). In addition, we offer a sign-up incentive program whereby new members will receive one of 3 different “prize packs” with the highest value prizes given to those on-ramp folks signing-up for regular membership earlier in the on-ramp process.
If you are unable to make the regularly scheduled on-ramp classes but would still like to join please discuss with your coach on your initial visit. We will make every attempt to work something out.
