Group CrossFit

Join our training program that builds strength and conditioning through extremely varied and challenging workouts. Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.

Bootcamp

Leave the heavy weights and barbells behind and join Schedule II CrossFit Coaches for a coed bootcamp style class including running, rowing, kettlebells, bodyweight movements, etc… We will work you hard, teach you proper movement and give you the strength, endurance and confidence to tackle life’s everyday challenges.

Personal Training

The sexy part of personal training is that you get the trainer all to yourself. They tell you what to eat, what exercises to do, and pay 100% attention to you, and only you, during your session with the end goal being some serious results. We have many trainers who are willing to take on clients 1:1. Contact us for a consultation!

On-Ramp / Fundamentals

On-Ramp generally starts the last Tuesday of every month.  Please check our events page for an exact date or simply register below!

Fundamentals

All new and prospective members will meet with a coach before attending regular group classes. This allows us the opportunity to discuss fitness goals, nutrition and expectations. New members are then required to participate in a specialized 2.5-week session (on-ramp/fundamentals meeting Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday) designed to teach new athletes the CrossFit fundamentals and to provide an introduction to the Olympic lifts. Upon successful completion of on-ramp, new athletes will then be permitted to join any regularly scheduled class (however, coaches reserve the right to limit athlete participation or to scale workouts should the athlete not demonstrate proper form and technique).

First Week Free!

Those on-ramp folks wishing to continue on their CrossFit journey will then pay $105+tax (includes on-ramp and remainder of 1st month following on-ramp). In addition, we offer a sign-up incentive program whereby new members will receive one of 3 different “prize packs” with the highest value prizes given to those on-ramp folks signing-up for regular membership earlier in the on-ramp process.

If you are unable to make the regularly scheduled on-ramp classes but would still like to join please discuss with your coach on your initial visit. We will make every attempt to work something out.
