4th annual CrossFit/Rise & Grind 3-person team style fundraiser to benefit the Sunshine Kids Organization! Don’t have a team, don’t worry…we’ll help you make one on site!

The event is suitable for all fitness levels. We kindly ask for a $20 donation per person payable at the door. Raffles, costume contest, feats of strength competitions and more!!! Please come on out for this worthy cause!
